PASTOR
Anthlone Wade was born in St, Mary, Jamaica West Indies. He grew up in a religious but non-Christian home. In the spring of 1978, the Lord graciously saved him. With a passionate desire to know God and a deep sense of God's calling on His life to vocational ministry, in 1982, he enrolled in the Diploma (in Bible) program at Midland Bible Institute. Upon completing his studies in 1984, he returned to his home assembly in Belfield, St. Mary, Jamaica West Indies, where he served until December 1985, when he migrated to the United States.
In the Fall of 1987, he enrolled in the B.A (in Bible) program at Carver Bible College, in Atlanta, Georgia. While at Carver, he assisted in pioneering an extension site in Palmetto Georgia. He was also granted the privilege of teaching in the certificate program on the main campus.
After graduating from Carver in the spring of 1989, Anthlone enrolled in the Master's of Theology Program at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. Three and a half years later, he completed his studies. However, not before long, God added to his life a wife and partner in ministry, his college sweetheart, Jennifer. The marriage produced three children; a daughter and two sons.
Upon completing his studies, Anthlone and family returned to Carver, where he served as Academic Dean and later President. While serving at Carver he pursued and completed Doctoral Studies, Doctor of Philosophy in Theology (specializing in prophetic studies) with Louisiana Baptist Seminary.
After completing his studies in 1999, Anthlone and family moved to New York where he served as pastor at Cambria Heights Gospel Chapel for seven years.
In the summer of 2006, he and his family relocated to Clermont, Florida, to be involved in church planting.
After promoting Jennifer to Glory in 2011, the Lord blessed Dr. Wade with a new bride and partner in Ministry, Yvonne Wade, who is as excited about the Ministry as he is.
He is an established conference, retreat, and seminar speaker. His passion is to know Christ and make Him Known.
OUR HISTORY
After much prayer, Dr. Wade and his family started a Bible study at their home, 210 Hunt St. Clermont, Florida 34711, April 2008. This continued until December of the same year. The Bible study resumed in the spring of 2009.
Central Florida Bible Fellowship was incorporated February 24, 2010.
The first Sunday service was held on April 11, 2010 @ 1:30pm at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, 1750 Hunt Trace Boulevard, Clermont, Florida, 34711.
We had our first baptism and observed our first communion on May 23, 2010.
On the week of July 12-16, 2010, we had our first VBS at the Cooper memorial Library. We had over 50 students in attendance.
Our Official launching banquet was held on July 17th at the Valencia Room at the citrus Tower, and the official Launching/dedication service was held on July 18, 2010, at the Fairfield Inn.
